Peer review

A)The project seems to be well structured, and information was clear to understand. I specially liked the layouts of the diagrams as it is placed neatly at the right side of the contents, so it doesn't disturb the reading while it provides relative information of the topic near that diagram.

But It would be great if it could have some technique of the GFP gene integration onto mitochondria gene as the project's main topic is GFP use in Mitochondria research. Would same technique be used as when they do recombinant of gene onto the cell? Would the gene of GFP protein inserted in the form of plasmid or strand of gene?

B)The page quite attrative with lots of picture. Not much explaination on each part, maybe try to elaborate more.


C)Good use of relevant images and links. I liked also how you included the history of GFP. Like the other reviewers mentioned, I think it would be nice if you could elbarotate further on GFP use in mitochondrial research. Remember also to include a link to your group project.
