I think use of glossary would have help me to understand the topic easier.  And as others have mentioned the report seems to be very comprehensive and well researched. Finally adding pathological states or consequences in regards to mutation in this gene would be good. -3224430

z3189168: It is well written and seems to cover the fundamental points of the topic in question. I hope you won't mind if I tell you that I found a typo in your work. "It has been long thought that there must exists proteins..." You can now figure it out where it is. I liked your image as well. Well drawn!
