  1. Box labelled RP 14/07/09, ILP: RNA from cells determining origin of RGC-5 (or something similar).
  2. The box is located in the -75 degree celsius freezer downstairs. On the left of the bottom shelf of the upper half of the fridge.
  3. It contains 5 eppendorf tubes of RNA solubilised in formamide from each of 4 cell lines - RGC-5, B35, HT4, PC12 (non-genetically modified). C17-2 will soon be added, as will DNA and protein samples.

  2. The box is located in the -75 degree celsius freezer downstairs. On the left of the bottom shelf of the upper half of the fridge.
  3. It contains 5 eppendorf tubes of RNA solubilised in formamide from each of 4 cell lines - RGC-5, B35, HT4, PC12 (non-genetically modified). C17-2 will soon be added.

Also protein pellets suspended in 0.3M guanidine hydrochloride in 95% ethanol are stored in the -20 deg. cel fridge in Dr. Hill's CBL, in a red bullet rack labelled with 'RP ILP RGC Origin study (or something similar). This is on the top or second to top shelf near the front.

  1. C17-2 RNA and DNA added to the boxes in the 080 deg cel. freezer that were described above.

C17-2 Proteins also added to the bullet rack previously mentioned in the -20 deg. cel fridge.
