Microarray Laboratory

Microarray Slide

Introduction

The first half of this laboratory will be a visit to the UNSW The Ramaciotti Centre for Gene Function Analysis. You will have the opportunity to see the practical aspects of the new methods of cell analysis. Have a look through the centre's website before you visit and the other links to information on microarrays.

Thur 12 May 2011

Please meet Dr Helen Speirs at the facility at 9am

The Ramaciotti Centre Level 1, room 131 or 137 Biological Sciences Building (D26)

After the facility tour then proceed to your normal Lab room where I will meet you at 10am.

Fri 13 May 2011

--Mark Hill 14:20, 10 May 2011 (EST) This is a good opportunity to hear about Tissue culture if you can attend.

You are invited to attend a seminar which will highlight Basic Components of Cell Culture, Aseptic Techniques, Aspiration Techniques, and Techniques for Culturing. Product Specialists will be available to answer your questions and discuss your applications.

Date: Friday 13th May 11.00 am – 11.45 am

Where: Level 4 Lowy Seminar Space
