While in this "age of technology" it is useful to access, read, search the online textbooks I would always recommend having a hardcopy of your favourite textbook. This means until technology catches up with the printing press, you can sit and study the textbook anywhere and anytime.
Also note that someonline textbooks have additional links, dynamic images and movies.
